Unit enrolments on Paradigm with the enrolment status of 'enrolled', 'confirmed', 'audit' or 'internal' and a census date in the future are in scope for an enrolment sync.
For the enrolment sync to work, you will need to ensure that your Moodle connection settings has the Enrolment Sync enabled. If it's currently disabled, click on Edit and enable it

Important: If you don't have all Moodle courses created using the Moderation Portal, don't enable 'Scheduled Enrolment Sync'. The 'Scheduled Enrolment Sync' runs every hour on the hour and would email you error message for all missing Moodle courses.
Once the Enrolment Sync is turned on, go to the Moodle courses page (https://moderation.actheology.edu.au/moodle-courses/).
The button 'sync enrolment' is shown for all Moodle courses that have a census date in the future.
1. Click on 'sync enrolment' for the desired Moodle course
2. A pop-up message will appear for you to confirm the action, click ok.
3. Please wait a little, a pop-up message will appear and show what unit enrolments are currently in the Moodle course.
4. The enrolment sync will happen in the background and you'll receive an email showing which new unit enrolments have been synced. Previously processed enrolments are not included in the email.

- the student cannot be found (the identifier is the ACT Student Number in the idnumber field on the user profile)
- if the Moodle course cannot be found
- the group cannot be found
- the student is enrolled in an incorrect group
