Go to: Settings: Global Import and Restore defaults

  1.  When restoring a past Moodle course into a Moodle course created by the Moderation Portal, use the section "Restore into an existing course" and select the Moodle course that was created by the Moderation Portal.

  2. In the Settings page, untick “Include enrolled users” and “Include groups and groups” (groups are created by Moderation Portal).

  3. On the Schema page, we recommend to untick all Turnitin and Assignment activities*. This means you will need to re-create them manually on the new Moodle course.

*This is to avoid that restored Turnitin activities with the IDs of the backed up course, causing Turnitin IDs to double up. 4. Click next and restore.
