Sign into the Moderation Portal and go to the page Academic Staff (https://moderation.actheology.edu.au/Academic-Staff/).
Click on 'Request new'.
Complete the form and hit submit.
Refer to the relevant policy and rules.
You will need to attach a CV and other supportive documents.
If you are attaching multiple documents, select them at the same time (from one folder e.g. downloads), see screenshot below. Subsequent selected files replace the previous selection.
Equivalency details are required for Academic Staff where Employee Qualifications is N.
Add equivalency details on the second page and hit submit.
Once the submission is made, a notification will be sent to the ACT to review the request.
The Academic Approval Panel will decide the outcome.
The outcome will be communicated via email to the college user who made the request.
