Sign into the Moderation Portal and go to the page Academic Staff (https://moderation.actheology.edu.au/Academic-Staff/).
Find the Academic Staff in question and click on 'Edit'.
use the metadata filter or search box to narrow the list down.
The highlighted fields can be edited. Click 'Submit' once done.
To change other details (e.g. qualifications, AQF level, or adding another field), a change request needs to be made to the ACT via email.
A change request can be triggered from the 'Edit Academic Staff' screen.
Click on 'Request change via email'.
A new email will open, add the change request and click send.
