Every new UQAF, including clones, are saved for an internal check, and an email will notify the UQAF checker of it. The email includes a link to the 'Check UQAFs' page.

The UQAF Checker can amend any field on the form.

If the UQAF is ready to be submitted to the moderator or saved for scheduling (if previously approved), the Checker will need to attach a Unit Outline (or another supportive document that describes all tasks and lists the bibliography) prior to saving.

If the UQAF is not ready, the UQAF Checker can either cancel out or save it for another UQAF Checker.

The 'Check UQAFs' page can be accessed via the top menu bar on the Moderation Portal: https://moderation.actheology.edu.au/uqafs/check_uqafs/

1) 'UQAFs saved for me to check' are pre-filtered in the list. The users can change the view to show all saved UQAFs. This can be used when the assigned UQAF checker is unavailable and another user needs to step in.

4) If the UQAF is not ready, but needs to be internally checked by someone else, the Save or Submit selection can be changed to 'Save for internal check'.
