UQAFs with the approval status of 'Approved', 'Approved with conditions' and 'Previously approved', are marked as 'Ready to be scheduled on Paradigm'.
To schedule UQAFs on Paradigm (units and assessment items), a new scheduling job needs to be created.
1. Go to the menu item 'Schedule approved UQAFs'
2. Click on 'Create new scheduling job'
Important: create only ONE scheduling job at a time. Please wait until the active job is finished. Allow about 1 minute per UQAF.
Once the job is complete, the job creator will receive an email notification.
3. Click on 'Next'
4. Click on 'add for scheduling'
5. Select one or multiple UQAFs. There is no limit to how many UQAFs you can select.
6. Click on 'Add'
A UQAF can also be removed from the scheduling job.
7. Confirm the action
8. Click on 'Schedule selected UQAFs on Paradigm'
9. A confirmation email will be sent for each UQAF successfully scheduled on Paradigm
10. Completed scheduling jobs are listed at the bottom of the 'Schedule approved UQAFs' page. Click on the arrow to view details (e.g. which UQAFs were included in the scheduling job)
UQAFs with a Census Date in the past, will go into the list 'Approved UQAFs - census date in the past' and cannot be selected to be scheduled on Paradigm.
If you want to deactivate approved UQAFs from either list, click on the arrow and select 'Deactivate'. A notification will appear at the top of the screen, confirming that the deactivation was susccesful.
