Go to the Moderation Portal (https://moderation.actheology.edu.au/), click on 'Sign in' and then select 'Forgot your password'.



  1. (1) enter your email address and (2) click on 'Send verification code'
  2. a verification email will be sent to your email address (check the spam folder), copy the code

  3. Enter the code into the Code box and click 'verify code'

  4. click continue

  5. set a new password, (2) confirm the New Password, (3) Continue

  6. Now that you have a new password, you're able to sign in. (1) enter your email address, (2) enter your new password, (3) click on Sign in.
