A UQAF record can be marked as requiring moderation via the 'UQAFs' page: https://moderation.actheology.edu.au/uqafs/
The button will appear for a UQAF record that has
- an approval status
- been scheduled on Paradigm
- not yet marked as moderated
Find the record and click on 'Prepare for moderation'.
Once marked, the UQAF record will appear on the 'Moderated Units' list (https://moderation.actheology.edu.au/moderated-units-college/).
No automated notifications are being sent to the college, moderator or ACT office. Depending on the timing you may have to alert the relevant stakeholders so the record can be moderated.
Note: If the UQAF is from a past semester, change the list filter from 'Current UQAFs' to 'All UQAFs (current and past).
The separation of the lists is due to the long loading time if past UQAFs are included in the initial list.
- Change the view and wait for the list to load (might take a minute)
- Add a metadata filter for the SUID (the search is 'begins with', consider using a * before the search term, e.g. *101234)
- Click apply
- Click on ‘prepare for moderation’
