Forms can be created and submitted by a user logged in to Tickit following the steps below. For
some Tickit Forms a unique URL is also available which can be opened in any web browser and
submitted by an anonymous user not logged in to Tickit. In either case, the information will be
entered into Tickit. To submit a Form in Tickit:
- Go to the Tickit website and log in using your username and password - https://actheology.tod.net.au/login
- Select the ‘Forms’ tab and press the ‘Create New Form’ button.
- From the drop-down list, select the Form name you wish to submit.
Enter data into the Form, being sure to complete all required fields and paying attentionto the data type required (e.g. some field only accept a number, and URL fields must start
with ‘https://’ or http://. Note also that not all fields will be shown immediately as some
appear depending on the information entered.If relevant, you can add evidence documents at the end of the Form before you press
‘Submit’
From the drop-down list, select the Form name you wish to submit.
Once submitted, the Form will remain within Tickit and can be viewed and modified after
submission. Kindly export a PDF of the submitted Form by selecting the link shown below which appears after you press ‘Submit’, as some of the tasks in Tickit require forms submitted as evidence.
