Paradigm Log-In


You can access your enrolment and results using the AUT’s academic management system, Paradigm EMS.

  • To log in, go to Paradigm at: https://act.edu.net.au/ and enter your username and password. 
  • Your username is your AUT student number. The initial password is based your date of birth and your student number in the following format: dd/mm + last three digits of your student number. eg student 201712011 born on July 1 will have an initial password of 01/07011.

Print Transcript or Confirmation of Enrolment

  • AUT releases results as soon as they become available from your college. Semester 1 results for most students are available by mid-July, and Semester 2 results for most students are available by mid-December.


  • You can view and print a copy of your academic record or transcript by clicking the “ACTIONS” button against your course, then, “print transcript”.


  • You can view and print a confirmation of enrolment document by clicking the “ACTIONS” button against your course, then, “print confirmation of enrolment”. This document is typically requested by Centerlink, to confirm enrolment load.


View Unit Assessment Results - Or Unit Enrolment Details


  • To view your assessment results, you must first select the right course. On the SUMMARY page Click the ACTIONS button next to the correct course and select "View".


  • Navigate to the "ASSESMENTS" tab on the left-hand banner, click the ACTIONS button next to the correct unit and select "View Assessments". You can also view unit enrolment details by clicking "View Unit Enrolment" option here.


  • After selecting the "View Assessments button, The assessment results for the unit selected will then be displayed.



Edit Contact & Log-in Details

  • You can edit your contact details under the “confirm address details” tab on the left-hand banner.


  • You can edit your log-in details under the “My Login” tab on the left-hand banner.
